This room is decorated around a New England blue color scheme. It has a view of the lake, a queen size bed, love seat and chair, as well as private bath and shower. The room includes TV/VCR, air conditioning, and plenty of closet space.

The wrap around layout of Room #1 makes it one of the largest. It also provides a view of the lagoon on the backside of the house to its guests.
